Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and boyfriend Dralin Carswell are still going strong after making a cross-country move to Colorado.
Dralin, who began dating the reality TV star in 2021, has only received praise from Alana’s family, with her sister Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird (née Shannon), vocally appreciating him for treating Alana “with the utmost respect.”
In May 2025, Alana opened up about her thoughts on marrying Dralin in the future.
