‘We Were Liars’ – June 18, Prime Video
Image Credit: Prime Video Another book adaptation headed to Prime Video this summer is We Were Liars, based on the best-selling YA novel by E. Lockhart. The thriller series will star Emily Alyn Lind, Joseph Zada, Esther McGregor and Subham Maheswari as the titular four “Liars,” or Sinclair family members descended from sisters played by Caitlin Fitzgerald, Mamie Gummer and Candice King. David Morse will play patriarch Harris Sinclair in the haunting story set on the fictional Beechwood Island off the coast of Massachusetts. We Were Liars arrives June 18 on Prime Video.

‘The Buccaneers’ Season 2 – June 18, Apple TV+
Image Credit: Courtesy of Apple TV+ Apple TV+’s adaptation of Edith Wharton’s final novel The Buccaneers will return in June with a second season, following the boisterous women who came from America to England to rock the social scene and shake up the stuffy etiquette.
Known for its modern soundtrack featuring mostly women musicians, the show stars Kristine Frøseth as Nan St. George, Christina Hendricks as Patty St. George, Alisha Boe as Conchita Closson, Matthew Broome as Guy Thwarte, Josie Totah as Mabel Elmsworth, Aubri Ibrag as Lizzy Elmsworth, Imogen Waterhouse as Jinny St. George, Mia Threapleton as Honoria Marable, Guy Remmers as Theo, Duke of Tintagel and more. Leighton Meester will also join Season 2 as a newcomer.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 – July 16, Prime Video
Image Credit: Erika Doss What might be the most anticipated season of television this summer is Season 3 of The Summer I Turned Pretty, based on the books by Jenny Han. Belly Conklin’s (Lola Tung) love triangle between Fisher brothers Conrad (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) will reach its conclusion, complete with plenty of Taylor Swift songs, no doubt.
The expanded third season — which will consist of 11 episodes, arrives on Prime Video July 16.
