The Bravo audience was seemingly not in the market for a real estate show set in Salt Lake City, as Sold on SLC has been canceled after only one season.
Despite Salt Lake City being a hot market for shows like Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, a real estate show seemingly didn’t raise enough interest for a second season.
Sold on SLC star Malaysia Fua took to social media to share the show was not getting renewed for another season.
“While we won’t be getting a season two, I know this show gave me exactly what I needed- a voice,” Fua said in a lengthy Instagram post. “It helped me step into who I am, fully and unapologetically & I believe that was the purpose all along. This chapter is closing, but I’m excited for what the future holds because I know I’m walking into it as more of myself than ever before.”

Fua said that being part of the reality series “was a wild ride” and was grateful for “everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes,” adding, “To all of you family, friends, and even strangers who supported me along the way… that was the best part. This journey reminded me just how much love and encouragement surrounds me, and for that, I’ll never stop being so grateful for all of you in my life.”
Sold on SLC premiered on Bravo on December 4 with a lead-in from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. The real estate show even had cameos from RHOSLC fan favorite Lisa Barlow as she looked to find a new home. The TV series followed Presidio Real Estate CEO Jennifer Yeo and her team of agents, which included Fua.
Sold on SLC had eight episodes, which are still available to stream on Peacock.
Deadline reached out to Bravo and will update story if we hear back.
